About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Early Career Primary Care Physician - 4 days in clinic, 1 day remote to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role is designed for an early-career physician who is eager to deliver relationship-based primary care in a modern, technology-enabled setting. You will care for a diverse patient panel, balancing in-office and virtual visits while partnering closely with clinical colleagues to support coordinated, high-quality outcomes. The position also offers the opportunity to contribute to ongoing learning, procedural care, and supervision of advanced practice colleagues within a collaborative practice environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse patient panel with a variety of healthcare needs
- Conduct in-office and telehealth visits
- Engage in continuous learning through clinical rounds
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures
- Supervise nurse practitioner or physician assistant colleagues
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or completed residency within the last year
- State licensed in Massachusetts before the start date
- Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in using technology to support high-quality care
- Willingness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs

Pay
$252,000 – $283,500 annually
