Early Career Consult Program - Associate Creative Technologist
About the role
As an Associate Creative Technologist, you will sit at the intersection of creativity, technology, and experience design, transforming ideas into tangible digital experiences that help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Kyndryl solutions. This role combines hands-on prototyping, emerging technologies, and experience innovation to create interactive demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and scalable digital assets. You will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate creative concepts into functional experiences that bring technology stories to life. Balancing experimentation with execution, you will evaluate new tools and interaction models while delivering customer-facing solutions that support campaigns, events, briefings, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive prototypes, demonstrations, and experiential assets that showcase technology capabilities and business value.
- Translate creative concepts and design solutions into functional digital experiences using web technologies, immersive platforms, and emerging tools.
- Collaborate with experience designers, content creators, marketers, developers, and subject matter experts to deliver engaging end-to-end customer experiences.
- Build rapid prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and scalable experience assets that can be reused across events, campaigns, customer engagements, and digital platforms.
- Evaluate and apply emerging technologies, including AI-enabled creative tools and new interaction models, to enhance storytelling, engagement, and innovation.
- Develop and implement integrations using APIs, structured data, and supporting technologies to create richer interactive experiences.
- Assess technical feasibility, platform capabilities, performance considerations, accessibility requirements, and implementation effort when developing solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, and refine prototypes using feedback and user insights to improve usability, reliability, and effectiveness.
- Document technical approaches, reusable components, and implementation guidelines to support consistency and scalability.
- Support customer-facing experiences including executive briefings, events, showcases, and demonstrations with production-ready digital solutions.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts, customer value, and solution functionality through demonstrations, presentations, and working prototypes.

Requirements
- Entry-level experience building prototypes, demonstrations, or interactive digital experiences.
- Foundational knowledge of AI tools, and modern development frameworks.
- Ability to translate design concepts into functional technical solutions.
- Entry-level experience with prototyping tools, low-code platforms, or creative technology solutions.
- Understanding of interaction design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts through demos and presentations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AR/VR, WebGL, game engines, immersive technologies, or AI-enabled experiences.
- Experience supporting customer-facing events, showcases, or executive briefings.
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
- Experience in enterprise technology, consulting, innovation, or agency environments.
- Passion for emerging technologies and innovative customer experiences.
Pay
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $63,360 to $114,120 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

- California (All Other): $69,720 to $125,640
- Colorado: $63,360 to $114,120
- Massachusetts/Virginia: $63,360 to $125,640
- New York City: $76,080 to $137,040
- Washington: $69,720 to $125,640

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
