About the role

Eberbach Corporation is seeking a skilled professional to join our engineering team in supporting our E3800 Series Mills product line. This role involves contributing to our 150+ year legacy of scientific equipment manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support the E3800 Series Mills product line, including the E3803.00 Super Heavy Duty - Variable Speed Cutting Mill
• Assist customers with product selection and technical inquiries
• Collaborate with engineering services team on custom build requests
• Provide technical support for mill accessories and spare parts
• Maintain product knowledge across our full apparatus and equipment catalog

Qualifications

• Experience with laboratory equipment or scientific apparatus
• Strong understanding of cutting mills and milling processes
• Technical aptitude for variable speed equipment systems
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
