About the role

The Financial analyst will be responsible for supporting the Business Manager in overseeing all the business and financial responsibilities for the Resilient Missile Warning and Tracking Epoch 2 Vendor 2 (E2V2) contract expected to be awarded in Q4 of 2026 or Q1 of 2027. This position is Award Dependent. This is an exciting opportunity to be engaged in program start-up activities and partner directly with a prime Government customer.

Qualifications

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience with consolidating and analyzing large financial data sets necessary to ensure financial forecasts are accurate
  • Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

What You Will Do

  • Support and generate work products for various routines including Earned Value reporting, Baseline Planning and Development, Estimates at Completion (EACs), risk and opportunity development, financial forecasting, Short Range Outlook (SRO), Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and 5-year strategic planning
  • Support and partner with various customer meetings and up through internal executive level meetings
  • Engage in proposal development including reviews of Basis of Estimates (BOEs), chart preparation, cost volume development, manpower planning and contract negotiation preparation

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Demonstrates ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking
  • Quickly learns and utilizes program management systems and tools
  • Independently creates and accurately analyzes financial data
  • Financial experience in the aerospace/defense industry
  • Prior program experience in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS); Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification or equivalent Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
  • Prior program experience in Estimates at Completion (EAC) including cost, variance, risk and opportunity analysis
  • Proficiency using SAP/APEX/PRISM/MRP/RPLAN/BWSelf-starter highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Effectively communicates financial information internally and externally to the program area, executive leadership and functional leadership
  • Powers with functional leads and program managers offering solutions and making quick informed business decisions
  • Utilizes strong leadership and organizational skills in focusing stakeholders on common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills

What We Offer

  • Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
  • Salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
