E-Scooter Delivery Driver (Seasonal – W2) Compensation: $18.00/hour Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday | 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Location: 7 Selden Street Woodbridge, CT 06525 Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute to and from the warehouse. A company van is provided during shifts to perform job duties. Please Note: This is a W2 seasonal, part-time position and is not eligible for benefits. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Woodbridge, CT and be able to reliably report to the warehouse for the 6:00 AM start time. Job Summary Veo is seeking an E-Scooter Delivery Driver to support local fleet operations in the Woodbridge area. This position is responsible for locating, retrieving, rebalancing, and maintaining Veo's fleet of shared electric scooters. During your shift, you'll drive a company-provided van throughout the service area, swap batteries, relocate scooters to high-demand areas, perform quality checks, and help ensure riders have access to safe and reliable vehicles. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working independently, enjoys staying active, and is willing to work outdoors throughout the shift. Responsibilities Follow mobile app instructions to complete assigned shift tasksDrive a company-provided van to locate and service scootersSwap scooter batteries as neededRebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areasRetrieve and relocate scooters throughout the service areaPerform basic repairs and vehicle quality checksRespond to on-demand requests to locate and retrieve scootersLoad and unload scooters from the company vanMaintain safe and organized fleet operationsComplete other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Must be 21 years of age or olderValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordComfortable driving a company vanMust have reliable transportation to and from the Woodbridge warehouseSmartphone proficiency and ability to use mobile applicationsAbility to lift up to 60 lbs without assistanceComfortable working outdoors and staying physically active throughout the shiftStrong communication skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyMust be available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 AM–10:00 AM Nice to Haves Knowledge of local geography and street layoutsFamiliarity with Woodbridge, New Haven, and surrounding communitiesPrevious delivery or driving experienceExperience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, fleet operations, or similar environmentsExperience working in a physically active position Perks $18.00/hourConsistent Wednesday–Saturday morning scheduleCompany-provided van during shiftsOpportunity to work with a growing micromobility technology companyVeo ride credits Below is the expected salary range for this position.
