We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually posting includes "The Company", "The Opportunity", "Qualifications", "Benefits". Also maybe "Pay" (salary range) and "Schedule"? No schedule given. So we include sections with real content: About the company? The instruction: use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content accordingly.
We have:
- About the company: description of Munich Re Specialty - North America. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; but we have company description. Could use "About the role" heading and put company description there? Might be better to use "About the role" for role description, but we have "The Opportunity" which describes responsibilities. So we can put responsibilities under "Responsibilities". The "Qualifications" heading for qualifications. "Skills" maybe combine some skill items. "Benefits" heading for benefits. "Pay" heading for salary range. "Schedule" not present, so omit.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, diversity statement, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract substantive content:
Company description paragraph: "Welcome to Munich Re Specialty - North America, a leading specialty insurance provider dedicated to delivering exceptional underwriting, claims, and risk management expertise to our partners and customers. - Cultivate and maintain professional wholesale broker relationships.
- Represent the Munich Re brand and Munich Re Specialty Insurance at client events, seminars, meetings, etc
- Assistance in day-to-day operations and projects as assigned which could have client, business group, divisional and corporate impact.
Also earlier: "As a member of our E&S Casualty team, you'll be responsible for the production, underwriting and retention of profitable E&S casualty business through the cultivation and maintenance of broker relationships." Could be part of responsibilities.
Qualifications list:
- 5+ years of experience in insurance and/or reinsurance focusing on E&S casualty lines of business

Pay: "The base salary range anticipated for this position is $106,700 - $165,200 plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay."
Benefits: list many items:
- health insurance coverage (two options PPO or High Deductible)
- prescription drug coverage (included)
- vision and dental insurance plans
- additional insurance coverages at no cost: basic life insurance equal to 1x annual salary and AD&D coverage equal to 1x annual salary
- Short and Long Term Disability coverage
- Supplemental Life and AD&D plans that you can purchase for yourself and dependents (includes Spouse/domestic partner and children)
- Voluntary Benefit plans that supplement your health and life insurance plans (Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity)

- A variety of health and wellness programs provided at no cost
- Paid time off for eligible family care needs
- Tuition assistance and educational achievement bonuses
- A corporate matching gifts program that further enhances your charitable donation
- Paid time off to volunteer in your community
Also location: Chicago, IL (maybe mention in Pay section? Could be a short p about location). The posting says: "The Company is open to considering candidates in Chicago, IL. The salary range posted below applies to the Company’s Chicago location." So we can include location in a short p under Pay or separate? Probably include in Pay section as note.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, diversity statement. Remove that final paragraph about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and equal opportunity employer. Also remove "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." etc.
Now construct HTML:
We'll have sections:
About the Role
maybe put company description? Or we could haveAbout the Company
but instruction list includes About the role as example; we can still use About the role for company description? Might be okay. But better to follow examples: they gave list of possible headings; we can use any of those. Use About the role for role overview (maybe combine company and opportunity?). However we have separate Responsibilities. So About the role could be a brief summary of the role: "As a member of our E&S Casualty team, you'll be responsible for the production, underwriting and retention of profitable E&S casualty business through the cultivation and maintenance of broker relationships." That's from The Opportunity first sentence. Then Responsibilities heading for detailed list. Qualifications heading for qualifications. Skills heading maybe for skill-based items: excellent underwriting, marketing and analytical skills, advanced working knowledge, proficiency in pricing models, tech savviness, ability to think strategically, exceptional communication skills, ability to present and negotiate, effective time management, willingness to travel. But many of those are also qualifications. Could combine Qualifications and Skills; but instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have Qualifications covering both experience and skills. But we also have Benefits and Pay. Thus sections: About the Role (short intro), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (list), Benefits (list), Pay (salary + location). That's five sections. Check that we don't create sections with filler. All have content. Now format: Use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use
. Thus:
