Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional experience in instructional design or related fields, including at least 4+ years focused on e-learning development
• Hands-on experience designing and developing blended, virtual, and online learning programs
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, e-learning, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated expertise with tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe InDesign, Figma, or Illustrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for design, including color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
• A deep technical understanding of e-learning workflows, from recording through editing and deployment
• Experience managing the full development lifecycle, including analysis, planning, storyboarding, design, development, editing, and launch
• A solid understanding of UX and interaction design
• Experience creating learning content for financial services organizations
• 4+ years of experience in educational content design and/or leadership training
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Coding skills such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
• Familiarity with Cornerstone or other learning management systems (LMS)

Pay

Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
