We are seeking an experienced and committed E-learning Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative organization. The E-Learning Coordinator will ensure that the curriculum delivered by the Project Harmony Training Institute is adapted and easily distributed to trainees via web-based technology. This position will work closely with the Training Specialists and other stakeholders within the Project Harmony Training Institute. The goal of that collaboration is to ensure the curriculum is delivered through an e-learning platform, providing an innovative and lasting educational experience for each trainee of the institute. Our Values Project Harmony and all employees are committed to creating a culture that is focused on: Diversity and Inclusion: Respect and embrace diversity and inclusion of all Strategic Innovation: Lead the field in response to the evolving needs of children and families Quality Service: Ensure consistent, high-quality service with impactful results, to our families, our partner agencies, the community, and each other Collaborative Relationships: Build trusted relationships by leading with honesty, integrity, vulnerability, and humility Essential Duties And Responsibilities Design asynchronous online content to publish on Learning Management System (LMS) using online authoring tools such as Articulate 360Implement and manage gamification and other engagement strategies with the LMSDevelop relationships and coordinate with stakeholders and partners to understand and meet their e-learning requirementsUpload and configure training content, modules, and assessments in the LMSAssign courses and manage user enrollments, permissions, and groupsSupport internal stakeholders with LMS troubleshooting and best practicesGenerate and distribute reports on learning metrics and user activityTest new features and LMS updatesLead development of training videos to be used in microlearning, live training and e-learningConfigure, optimize, and manage training calendar published via WordPress websiteWork with Operations Teams to effectively support technology related to trainings Assist in the creation of operating procedures for the use of e-learning technology and associated equipmentEnsure culturally competent services are provided to all families we serve without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, disability, gender or sexual orientationOther duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design or related field is preferred Experience And Training 2 + years of professional instructional design experience 1 + years of managing and/or working within a learning management system Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Demonstrated knowledge of Windows and desktop productsDemonstrated working knowledge of Articulate 360 and/or other commonly used e-learning authoring toolsAbility to design interactive, engaging e-learning modules from existing curriculumStrong customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve learner questionsExperience with audio and video editingAbility to manage projects, activities and tasks simultaneouslyExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written, verbal and listening communication skillsAbility to translate technical concepts surrounding e-learning to other team members with less technical experienceAbility to build relationships and work collaboratively with co-workers, vendors and stakeholdersMust be a self-starter and able to work independently as well as part of a teamTeam and solution orientedHigh level of initiative and positive energyAttention to detail and accuracyExceptional work ethicMust respect and maintain confidentiality Other Must be willing to work flexible hoursMust submit to a thorough criminal history background checkMust have access to a vehicle, possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurancePosition may involve some travel, primarily within the state The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by individuals assigned to this job.
