Starting pay rate: $30.89/hr. up to $35.45.

Schedule

• Full-Time, hourly rotating schedule:
• Sunday – 12 hrs.
• Monday – 12 hrs.
• Tuesday – 12 hrs.
• Friday – 12 hrs.
• Saturday – 12 hrs.
• Wednesday – 12 hrs.
• Thursday – 12 hrs.
• Overtime and weekend work as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and practices.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance to troubleshoot and repair defective equipment in a timely manner.
• Generate work notifications to address any issues detected.
• Complete work order cycle within SAP: create orders, perform work, confirm time, and enter equipment history.
• Work closely with all team members to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Assist other team members in the plant to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
• Make decisions and collaborate with Maintenance and Plant Supervisors to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Formal and on-the-job training in electrical and basic electronics, AC/DC drives, PLC controllers, basic hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Troubleshooting skills for electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Pass pre-employment testing, background check, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Two-year vocational training in electrical technology preferred.
• Corrugated industry maintenance experience a plus.
