We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Who We Are (maybe as h3?), What You Will Be Doing, Who We Are Looking For, Where Your Career is Going, Why TransPerfect (benefits). Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading (none given). Do NOT put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines like "Excellent customer service & teamwork skills (restaurant & retail experience is great!)" appears twice; we should keep only one instance. Also remove "Must be a high-level problem solver..." etc. Keep all substantive info. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need sections: About the role? Not exactly; we have "Who We Are", "What You Will Be Doing", "Who We Are Looking For", "Where Your Career is Going", "Why TransPerfect". Those correspond to headings: maybe "About the role"? But we can use headings that match content: "Who We Are", "What You Will Be Doing", "Who We Are Looking For", "Where Your Career is Going", "Why TransPerfect". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not strict; we can use those headings if appropriate. However we should follow the spirit: use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, etc. But we have content that maps: "Who We Are" could be About the role? Actually "Who We Are" is about company. Could be "About the role"? Not exactly. But we can still use "Who We Are" as heading; it's not in the examples but likely acceptable. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning examples, not exclusive. So we can use other headings as long as they are

. We'll produce sections: Who We Are, What You Will Be Doing, Who We Are Looking For, Where Your Career is Going, Why TransPerfect (Benefits). For Benefits we can list benefits as
. We need to remove duplicated lines and boilerplate. Let's extract content. Original text: Who We Are: The TransPerfect Legal Solutions (TLS) electronic discovery division is responsible for managing the electronic & physical evidence relevant to legal matters originating from law firms and/or corporations who engage us directly. TLS can forensically collect source data (laptops, desktops, e-mail accounts, local servers, fileshares, message apps, mobile phones, etc), electronically process & standardize that data for searching, promote the “relevant” pool of documents to a review tool, establish review workflows (at times using data analytics), and help the customer determine what scope would be produced (or disclosed) to the opposing party in the matter. TransPerfect Legal Solutions is a division part of the family of companies that form TransPerfect. The TLS E-Discovery Project Management team is involved in all aspects of the matter. Project Managers are running searches in our processing environment, advising clients on complex data analytics workflows, conferring with government agencies on production specifications, and addressing problems as needed. Customer service is a cornerstone of success here. We work closely together as a tight knit team, pushing ego aside so that we can be agile in meeting our customers’ needs because no two days are alike here. What You Will Be Doing: The Project Coordinator “PC” is the anchor of the Project Management team who will work towards becoming a Project Manager by embracing the following principles: Communication: the PC is responsible for monitoring customer communications. We do not use a “ticketing system” when working with our customers so it is up to the PM team to collectively manage requests as they arise in real-time. In addition, you will be communicating directly with several other internal departments (Digital Forensics, Data Processing, Hosting Support, etc.). Being able to creatively resolve conflicts is a very important aspect of this position.Task Management: as a PC you will be helping the team to ensure that deadlines are being monitored proactively and that customers are being given the perception that we are exceeding expectations.Learning & Creative Thinking: because no two days are alike here, as a PC you will largely “learn by doing” and be expected to think on your feet and outside of the box. That being said, we do provide a full & engaging training curriculum (including group classes, 1 on 1 sessions, and a library of video documentation) to all new PC’s which is administered by seasoned TLS Project Managers.Team Work: after you “graduate” from the entry level PM training program, you will be in direct contact with your team in-person, over messaging apps, video-conferencing, or over e-mail to ensure that you have as many resources as possible at your fingertips.Quality Assurance: because of the complexity of the projects we handle, QC (“quality checking”) our work product is absolutely necessary. We strive to create an open environment where questions are encouraged so that we can address mistakes internally before they reach the customer. That being said, we very much understand that human beings make mistakes! We need to remove EEO boilerplate: "TransPerfect provides equal employment opportunity..." That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove "For more information on the TransPerfect Family of Companies, please visit our website at www.transperfect.com." That's also boilerplate/navigation; remove. Also remove duplicated lines: "Excellent customer service & teamwork skills (restaurant & retail experience is great!)" appears twice; keep one. Also remove "End your job search and find your career at TransPerfect #careersNOTjobs." That's like a call to action; maybe considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply but could be considered promotional; but we can keep? The instruction says remove application instructions. This line is not exactly instruction to apply but a slogan; might be okay to keep? Safer to remove as it's not substantive content about job. However it's part of "Where Your Career is Going". Might be considered fluff. I'd remove it. Also remove "Nice to have, but not necessary:" heading? It's part of Who We Are Looking For; we can keep as part of list. We need to format lists: For responsibilities (What You Will Be Doing) we have principles with subpoints. Could be a list. We'll make
      • each principle with its description. For Who We Are Looking For: Must haves list; Nice to have list. For Benefits: list benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like training curriculum includes group classes, 1 on 1 sessions, library of video documentation administered by seasoned TLS Project Managers. Keep that. We need to keep details about communication: monitoring customer communications, no ticketing system, communicate with internal departments (Digital Forensics, Data Processing, Hosting Support, etc.), creatively resolve conflicts. Task Management: help team ensure deadlines monitored proactively, customers given perception exceeding expectations. Learning & Creative Thinking: learn by doing, think on feet, outside box; training curriculum. Team Work: after graduate, direct contact with team in-person, messaging apps, video-conferencing, e-mail. Quality Assurance: QC work product necessary; open environment where questions encouraged; understand humans make mistakes. Who We Are: details about TLS division, forensically collect source data list, process & standardize, promote relevant pool, establish review workflows (sometimes using data analytics), help customer determine scope produced/disclosed. TLS is division of TransPerfect family. TLS E-Discovery Project Management team involved in all aspects. Project Managers run searches, advise clients on complex data analytics workflows, confer with government agencies on production specs, address problems. Customer service cornerstone. Work closely as tight knit team, pushing ego aside to be agile because no two days alike. Where Your Career is Going: plans can change; after few years strong Project Manager can pursue another team (Consulting, Forensic Technology, Data Processing, etc) or another location domestically/internationally; we will work with you; all positions offer growth opportunities capitalizing on strengths & interests; as long as employee in good standing and business need for new role, we can help you make it happen.
