E-Discovery Project Coordinator
About the role
The TransPerfect Legal Solutions (TLS) electronic discovery division manages electronic and physical evidence for legal matters from law firms and corporations. TLS can forensically collect source data (laptops, desktops, email accounts, local servers, file shares, messaging apps, mobile phones, etc.), process and standardize that data for searching, promote the relevant document pool to a review tool, establish review workflows (sometimes using data analytics), and help customers determine the scope of production or disclosure to opposing parties. TLS is part of the TransPerfect family of companies. The TLS E‑Discovery Project Management team participates in all matter aspects: running searches in the processing environment, advising clients on complex data analytics workflows, conferring with government agencies on production specifications, and addressing issues as needed. Customer service is a cornerstone; the team works closely together, setting ego aside to stay agile because no two days are alike. TransPerfect fosters a culture where ideas are shared, new ventures are encouraged, and employees are intellectually stimulated to grow with the organization—from intern to president, every employee has a voice. Career growth is supported: after establishing a reputation as a strong Project Manager, you can move to other teams (Consulting, Forensic Technology, Data Processing, etc.) or other locations domestically or internationally, as long as you are in good standing and a business need exists.
