E. Desmond Lee Endowed Professor in Entrepreneurship
UMSL's Ed G. Smith College of Business is accredited by the AACSB in both business and accounting; less than 2% of business schools worldwide hold this dual accreditation. The Princeton Review ranks the College in the top 3% of business schools nationally, and U.S. News & World Report ranks its international business program among America’s top 25 and its Online MBA program No. 33. The College and the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship support UMSL’s Entrepreneurship programs, including a BSBA emphasis and a minor, and the newly established UMSL Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (EIC), which fosters entrepreneurial activities through academic and co-curricular initiatives such as pitch competitions, student organizations, and startup workshops.
