E-Commerce Warehouse Associate (No Weekends Required!)

About the role

Join our dynamic and energetic business as a member of our E-Commerce Team. This position supports the growth of our E-Commerce Department within a fast-paced and well-organized warehouse environment, primarily focusing on accurately picking, packing, and preparing automotive parts for shipment to our E-Commerce partners.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick parts from inventory, then safely and securely pack products for shipment.
• Label packages with shipping information and prepare them for shipment.
• Inspect products for damage or defects to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe E-Commerce work area for all team members.
• Handle written correspondence to ensure high levels of service.
• Process returns and restock them into inventory.
• Utilize barcode scanners and various systems to manage orders and maintain accurate inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and organized with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Experience with small parcel or LTL shipping.
• Prior experience with major E-Commerce platforms.

Experience in the automotive industry or E-Commerce is not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills.

Pay

The starting hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $16.00 to $17.00+, evaluated based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
