Responsibilities
- Update and maintain retail websites with direction from the E-Commerce Manager
- Maintain site infrastructure to ensure operational and optimized performance
- Manage site updates and maintenance, and e-commerce operational infrastructure
- Ensure consistent user experience, functionality, and brand consistency
- Assist in creative design, content creation, and site implementation
- Update digital marketing calendar and website asset mockups
- Support the business by managing website projects, maintenance requests, customer service, and usability concerns
- Manage product page enhancements, suggestive selling tools, editorial content features, and navigational enhancements
- Proactively identify and resolve operational problems
- Collaborate across teams and departments to improve KPIs such as search engine optimization, traffic, conversion, average order value, and sales
- Regularly analyze business for item and category opportunities, including the growth of online-only items and categories
- Monitor order flow and ensure orders clear through the system
- Interact with logistics, finance, and IT to resolve issues
- Participate in weekly team meetings with cross-functional partners to recap business results and follow up on actions to drive category growth
- Monitor e-commerce and digital marketing trends and technologies, and identify new opportunities
Requirements
- Education: Degree in related field preferred
- Experience: 2+ years' related content creation and operational and creative website updates; e-commerce experience preferred
- Adobe Creative Suite: 2+ years' experience with Photoshop & Illustrator
- Website Editing Tools and Design: Experience with website editing tools, HTML, CSS, and UTM tagging
- Product Information Management Applications and SaaS eCommerce Platforms: Experience with Shopify preferred

Skills and Abilities
- Physical Requirements: Speak and hear to communicate, frequently sit, walk, stand, lift/carry up to 5 lbs., occasionally lift/carry up to 25 lbs., continual use of gross motor skills, frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills for computer use
- Working Conditions: In-office position based in a corporate environment with individual workspaces and shared common areas which support focused work while encouraging regular interaction among colleagues. Moderate background noise typical of a collaborative office setting.
