E COMMERCE & NEW GOODS TECHNICIAN

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrates Goodwill’s mission, vision, and values.
• Assists in driving sales and profitability across new goods and eCommerce channels.
• Identifies high-value items for online sales.
• Packs and ships items to the Warehouse.
• Tracks and organizes inventory across both channels.
• Works with leadership and team members to improve performance.
• Maintains clean, safe, and organized workspaces.
• Makes KPIs and contributes to performance improvements.
• Completes additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Good team building skills.
• Ability to drive sales and have a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of customers and staff, and with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to determine when to direct a problem or situation to a supervisor.
• Acceptable results of CORI check according to Goodwill policy and requirements.
