E-Commerce Lead Associate

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for items accepted and rejected from various locations using equipment such as carts and totes. Some lifting will be required
• Ensure quality listings of widgets are accepted and posted
• Review the photography photos listed and take any corrective action to ensure quality photography
• Analyze daily listed postings for each lister and take any corrective action in real time
• Oversee Customer Service Tickets and ensure all employees are answering in an acceptable manner
• Supervise all item listers, ensuring a minimum of 100-120 listing items per lister daily
• Supervise all photographers to ensure a minimum of 100-120 listing items per photographer daily
• Look after items processed, ensuring a minimum of 300-400 processed items per processor
• All other duties as assigned.
