E-Commerce General Associate

About the Role

The E-Commerce Associate will work in all areas of the E-Commerce department and must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. The Associate will perform various tasks to prepare, photograph, list items online, and fulfill orders. The associate is responsible for performing daily tasks at multiple stations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet all required KPIs across the operation as set by the Operations Manager
• Complete function and awareness of the processing & photography station in totality
• Responsible for complete function and awareness of the shipping area in totality
• Properly route electronics, authentic items, and jewelry for further testing
• Perform accurate and quality photographs of objects to be listed online
• Complete fulfillment of customers’ orders in the shipping department
• Inspect all items received for value and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure correct spelling and names of things are reflected on labels and online
• All other duties as assigned
