About the role

Select and gather products for customers' online orders, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble and process customers' online orders, handle payments, and deliver orders to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and process customers' online orders, handling payments and delivering orders to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Work independently without supervision, reading shelf tags and following directions.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond professionally and promptly.
• Ensure order accuracy and communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers.
• Manage inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Operate equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Train new team members and assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum: Ability to work without supervision, read shelf tags, and communicate effectively.
• Desired: Experience in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashiering.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, basic math skills, ability to adhere to food safety procedures.
