E-Billing Rates Analyst

About the role

Foley & Lardner LLP is currently seeking an Electronic Billing (eBilling) Rates Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer approved billing rates and timekeeper setups across eBilling platforms in alignment with the firm’s financial system
• Process rate submissions, updates, and validations in accordance with client billing guidelines and engagement terms
• Monitor and resolve timekeeper rate rejections to allow for timely invoice submission
• Serve as a subject matter resource for rate compliance questions
• Affix with audits and data validation related to rates and billing accuracy

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• An associate's or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
• A minimum of three (3) years of law firm billing or eBilling experience required
• Three (3) years of 3E experience preferred
• eBilling Hub or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of ebilling platforms and LEDES formats
• Experience working with electronic billing systems preferred including but not limited to Legal Tracker, CounselLink, Brightflag, or Collaborati
