E-Billing Rates Analyst

About the role

Foley & Lardner LLP is currently seeking an Electronic Billing (eBilling) Rates Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer approved billing rates and timekeeper setups across eBilling platforms in alignment with the firm’s financial system
• Process rate submissions, updates, and validations in accordance with client billing guidelines and engagement terms
• Monitor and resolve timekeeper rate rejections to allow for timely invoice submission
• Serve as a subject matter resource for rate compliance questions
• Afford assistance with audits and data validation related to rates and billing accuracy

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of law firm billing or eBilling experience required
• 3E experience preferred
• eBilling Hub or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of ebilling platforms and LEDES formats
• Experience working with electronic billing systems preferred including but are not limited to Legal Tracker, CounselLink, Brightflag or Collaborati

Pay

The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.

Schedule

Chicago & Dallas - $70,300 to $98,500
