Responsibilities

• Assemble new e-bikes with precision in our workshop environment
• Diagnose and fix mechanical or electrical issues on the bikes, ensuring optimal performance of our e-bike fleet
• Maintain our bike fleet through systematic inspections and routine maintenance
• Perform express bike repairs, prioritizing timely solutions for our delivery drivers

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bicycle Mechanic, with electric bicycles, including assembly and maintenance
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Availability on weekdays and weekends
• Bicycle Mechanic certification is a plus

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of $21 - $23, based on skills and experience, plus an average KPI bonus of $400-$600 per month and quarterly performance-based bonuses.

Schedule

Flexible 8-hour shifts.
