E-2D Logistics Analyst (Maintenance Planner)

About the role
This position supports the E-2D FST Maintenance Planning Team and PMA 231 program office. The role is 100% on-site with the government customer at NAS North Island in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities
- Support Maintenance Planning efforts through research and analysis of source data to make recommendations to the customer for projects relating to IPS elements.
- Provide technical expertise, prepare documentation, and technical reports to support analyses, including:
- Collecting, compiling, investigating, researching, and analyzing data from multiple databases and technical drawings.
- Provide assistance to the customer in multiple areas of expertise related to supportability, sustainment, logistics support analysis, and maintenance planning.
- Perform various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems.
- Work on development and documentation of Logistics Product Data, LORA, Maintenance Task Analysis, Maintenance Plan development, and Supply Support effort.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience analyzing logistics and maintenance in the performance of maintenance planning across the full spectrum of lifecycle planning: design interface, maintenance planning, and sustainment engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (10 years of experience may be substituted for the degree).
- Experience with detailed research, data mining, and problem-solving by “following the data.”
- Familiarity with Logistics Supportability Analysis (LSA), Logistics Product Data (LPD), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), and other Supportability Analyses.
- Experience in Maintenance Planning and logistics support/supportability analysis.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Naval Aviation experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in data analytics using Microsoft suite tools.
- Proficiency in Excel using VBA/advanced formulas and Word macros.
- Experience with GEIA-STD-0007 database (preferably SLIC), including working-level experience and a strong understanding of data table relationships and the relationship between LSA processes/products.
Work Authorization / Security Clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Pay
$28.00 - $47.50 per hour
