Dynamics Development Lead

About the role

Remote Dynamics Development Lead to manage the technical implementation team and oversee the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations. Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Dynamics developers.
• Establish coding standards and development best practices.
• Design technical solutions supporting Dynamics and Power Platform functionality.
• Review and approve technical designs and code.
• Coordinate deployments and release management activities.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Experience leading Agile development teams.
• United States Citizen (required for federal security clearance).
• Willing and able to work on a W2 basis.

Pay

Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr (W2)
