About the role
The Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator will support, configure, and continuously improve ASC Engineered Solutions' CRM environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Configuring and maintaining Dynamics 365 Sales, including forms, fields, views, dashboards, business rules, calculated fields, and basic process automation.
- Supporting CRM data quality through duplicate detection, record merging, field cleanup, ownership correction, bulk updates, and hygiene reporting.
- Aiding in CRM processes related to accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes, leads, activities, and projects.
- Providing day-to-day CRM support for users, including troubleshooting, process questions, and adoption support.
- Collaborating with internal IT and external CRM vendors to execute enhancements, resolve issues, and validate completed work.
- Maintaining documentation for CRM processes, field definitions, configuration changes, and release notes.
- Identifying opportunities to simplify CRM workflows, improve user experience, and reduce manual work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of CRM administration within Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
- Experience configuring CRM forms, fields, views, dashboards, business rules, calculated fields, and security settings.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, record ownership, duplicate management, and data cleanup.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, Power Platform.
- Experience with ERP/customer master data, quoting, CPQ and data integrations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, an understanding of CRM process design, and the ability to work directly with sales, IT, and external partners to improve system usability and adoption.
