Responsibilities
- Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- Support UAT, issue triage, and resolution coordination
- Review requirements and designs for business alignment and testability
- Create and execute test cases, identify defects, and validate
- Maintain traceability between requirements and testing
- Manage backlogs, testing, and defects in Azure DevOps
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analysis, QA, or related experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and/or Power Platform
- Strong Agile methodology experience
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Exposure to Copilot or AI capabilities within Microsoft platform
Qualifications
- *Not required Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is highly preferred
- Experlogix experience (CPQ) is not required
