Dynamics 365 CE Senior Solution Architect

About the role

BDO Digital seeks an Experienced Manager to join an Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team supporting projects in EBA strategy and implementation, Business Transformation, and Operational Excellence. The role involves conducting discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, and configuration of ERP, CRM, and HCM applications.

Responsibilities

• Participates in defining needs for existing and new EBA solutions
• Documents existing enterprise business applications, related business processes, and personas impacted
• Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements
• Designs and develops scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applications
• Creates dashboard presentations of quantitative and qualitative scoring of candidate options
• Supports Technical Leads, Developers, and Managers by providing functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and client
• Performs functional (business process) solution design in business applications (ERP, CRM, HCM & related) contexts
• Consults to gain a deep understanding of client needs, analyze best practices, and propose business value solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
• Supports, manages aspects of business applications implementations
• Documents and maintains project milestones, phases, elements, and budget
• Maintains and resolves issues, defects, and change requests
• Manages and performs systems configuration tasks (but not coding/development) for process workstreams as directed
• Provides ongoing support during project implementations and post-go-live support
• Owns and drives completion of projects and large key workstreams within as directed by practice leaders
• Reviews quality of team deliverables
• Mentors and develops senior consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and eight (8) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems, or
• High School Diploma/GED and nine (9) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems
• Eight (8) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience
• Five (5) or more years of education or experience with ERP, HCM or CRM Product
• Some client facing best practice consulting experience

Qualifications

• One or more current business applications technology certifications
• Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
• Experience with one or more ERP/CRM/HCM Solution technology
• Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Business process analysis, design, and process flow skills

Benefits

Open to negotiation based on qualifications and experience.

Pay

National Range: $145,000 - $197,000
