About the role
This employee will provide application development and integration services for a government agency, responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of agency applications. Project assignments and activities will be executed within the framework of the System Engineering Methodology (SEM), including development, testing, and deployment of application releases, updates, and modifications. The position involves advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platforms and leadership in project tasks such as requirements gathering, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy application releases, updates, and modifications within the SEM framework.
- Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platforms.
- Lead and perform project tasks, including requirements gathering, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including integration and authentication across systems.
- Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for Dynamics 365-related technology efforts (CI/CD and Release Management).
- Identify risks and issues from a technical perspective.
- Prepare detailed written instructions, documentation, and reports.
- Perform analysis and requirements gathering with customers.
- Resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seek optimum solutions.
- Communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.
- Troubleshoot application issues under pressure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- 3+ years of architect experience.
- Experience with Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages.
- 5+ years of Microsoft Azure platform experience.
- 5+ years of Azure DevOps experience.
- 3+ years of Data Architecture experience.
- 5+ years of Infrastructure/Network and Application Support experience.
- Experience with Azure Communications and APIs.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise documentation and make effective oral and written reports.
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment and manage highly complex assignments.
