Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Dynamics 365 and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business processes.
- Develop and manage Power Automate flows for process automation.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and internal systems using APIs, web services, and Azure integrations.
- Create and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript customizations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions are secure, optimized for performance, and compliant with best practices.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for deployed solutions.
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and features.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and customization.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and Power Fx.
- Solid experience with Dataverse and data modeling.
- Experience integrating with APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
- Strong understanding of solution management, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and environment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent.
- Background in Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization
