Dynamic Barber/Stylist

Responsibilities

• Help foster a fun, engaging and energetic atmosphere within the shop
• Embrace our wow factors such as hot lather neck shaves and shoulder massage to amplify your client's experience
• Be a champion of inclusivity ensuring every person feels welcomed and valued
• Engage in ongoing education keeping your craft sharp and on point
• Recruit and retain customers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have an active Cosmetologist / Barber License in North Carolina
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Pride in your work and results
• Reliability, timeliness, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for sustained periods of time
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 25lbs
