Job Description
- Be the friendly and welcoming face for late-night customers.
- Handle cash register operations swiftly and accurately, even in the quiet hours.
- Assist nocturnal customers with menu selections, confidently answering any queries.
- Process orders accurately and promptly, maintaining the rhythm of the night.
- Create coffee and other beverages with care, adding a bit of warmth to the night.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area.
- Partner with other overnight team members, creating a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
- Arrive on time, ready to contribute to the overnight shift.
- Prioritize Customer Experience, ensuring every late-night guest has a pleasant and satisfying visit.
- Address and resolve customer issues with efficiency and a positive demeanor.
- Adhere to Dunkin' Donuts’ high standards, delivering quality service and products.
- Promote and Upsell, introducing customers to promotional items and new offerings.
- Follow Operational Policies related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and security.
