Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop your team: hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Build a guest-focused culture and act on customer feedback
• Hit sales, labor, and cost targets to drive profitability
• Create the weekly schedule and ensure every shift is fully staffed
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, daily cash handling, and deposits
• Execute new product rollouts, including training, marketing, and sampling
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with food-safety and legal standards
• Step in on any station during busy shifts as needed

Requirements

• Restaurant, retail, or food-service management experience
• Proven ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Comfortable reading and acting on sales, labor, and cost reports
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Valid Maine Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic math and financial management abilities
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality

• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable wearing a headset
