What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations and profitability of a QSR
- Lead team to achieve or exceed sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety
- Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting
- Ensure QSR consistently meets or exceeds brand standards and food safety requirements
- Foster an engaging work culture of learning, development, and recognition
- Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team to ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Hire, coach, train, promote, discipline, terminate, or transfer QSR team members
- Monitor and enforce cash handling policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures along with local, state, & federal laws
- Resolve customer needs and complaints professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with various support partners such as Brand Partners, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities & Maintenance
- Maintain relationships with business partners, vendors, and communities

- Ability to operate in and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills
- Judgment and discretion to resolve less routine questions and problems
- Drive profitable growth and improve customer and associate satisfaction
- Proficient computer skills
- ServSafe Certification
Preferred Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a QSR
- Able to work a flexible on-site schedule approximately 50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time; frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 20 pounds
- Occasionally attend meetings or travel to support other locations
