Requirements
- Previous baking or culinary experience, particularly in a bakery or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain a consistent schedule
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality baked goods
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy baking equipment and ingredients
- Passion for baking and commitment to delivering quality products to customers
