About the role

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Dunkin Overnight Baker to prepare fresh, high-quality baked goods overnight so our customers have a delicious selection each morning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality baked goods overnight in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous baking or culinary experience, particularly in a bakery or restaurant setting, is preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain a consistent schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality baked goods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy baking equipment and ingredients.
• Passion for baking and commitment to delivering quality products to customers.
