Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh baked goods overnight following Dunkin standards
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail in all products
• Work efficiently within a team to meet morning customer demand
• Handle heavy baking equipment and ingredients safely

Requirements

• Previous baking or culinary experience, particularly in a bakery or restaurant setting, is preferred
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain a consistent schedule
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality baked goods
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy baking equipment and ingredients
• Passion for baking and commitment to delivering quality products to customers
