Dungeons & Dragons GM/Teacher for K-12 After School

Responsibilities

• Conceive of and facilitate an age-appropriate tabletop gaming experiences for your class
• Work within 60 or 90 minute class-length constraints
• Create memorable experiences for the children in your class to help them grow and develop a passion for gaming
• Consistently arrive at your class on time (or early!) and prepared for the day
• Help children understand why gaming is so wonderful and how it's helped shape you as a person

Requirements

• A fun, enthusiastic, adaptable instructor
• Experience teaching school age children
• Excitement, joy, and passion for both teaching kids and personal development/learning
• Knowledge of creating a fun, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• The ability to bring your own voice and creativity to each class you teach
• Cooperation, supportiveness, flexibility, dependability, proactiveness, and a desire for autonomy

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching experience
• If lacking formal teaching experience, provide any other relevant experience or training
