About the role

Togetherhood is expanding to Boston and seeks dynamic instructors who enjoy sharing their passion for Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) with young learners. The role offers flexible, good-paying, and supplemental teaching opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create an age-appropriate curriculum for D&D classes tailored to K-12 students
• Design memorable experiences to foster growth and a passion for storytelling, collaboration, and gaming
• Be consistently punctual and prepared with daily lesson plans
• Engage and inspire children to understand the benefits of your role-playing games

Requirements

• Experience teaching school-age children
• Passion for both teaching and personal development/learning
• Ability to create a fun, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Bring your unique voice and creativity to each class
• Be cooperative, supportive, and flexible
• Be dependable, proactive, and thrive with autonomy

Qualifications

Pay

Teachers are paid per class, either on a flat rate or per student basis, depending on the partner school.

Schedule

Teaching opportunities can range from 6 weeks to 18 weeks, with terms lasting anywhere from 6 weeks to 18 weeks.
