Duck Creek Tech Lead (Remote)
About the Role
Cognizant requires a Duck Creek Policy technical lead who demonstrates leadership abilities, is very knowledgeable in the P&C software industry, and can work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role will oversee small to large implementation projects, providing guidance to less senior team members, expertise in Duck Creek Policy configuration, and keeping the project moving from a technical aspect. The position is remote with travel required, varying based on assigned account needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead Duck Creek Policy implementation projects in a team setting.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in Duck Creek Policy configuration, upgrades, and support.
- Implement and manage commercial lines templates (ISO and non-ISO), inheritance models, manuscript data models, and product versioning.
- Design and execute integration solutions using Duck Creek’s integration framework and Anywhere API.
- Hands-on experience with Express 3, Rating, Forms, Use Administration, Day 2 transactions setup, and batches.
- Collaborate with Duck Creek for solution reviews, estimate reviews, Delivery Assurance Audits, and AMIs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the OnDemand environment, pipeline, and active delivery enablement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of Duck Creek Policy configuration, upgrade, and support experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing inheritance models, manuscript data models, and product versioning.
- Experience with OnDemand policy implementation and integration solution design through Duck Creek’s integration framework or Anywhere API.
- Proficiency in Express 3, Rating, Forms, Use Administration, Day 2 transactions setup, and batches.
- Strong understanding of the OnDemand environment, pipeline, and active delivery enablement.
- Experience working closely with Duck Creek for solution reviews, estimate reviews, and Delivery Assurance Audits.

Pay
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $170,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
