Responsibilities

• Support store operations including inventory and shift leadership
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team
• Physical demands: walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching; ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service

Skills

• Leadership: team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Operations: comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems
• Technical: familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
• Certification: ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain
• Customer focus: committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest
