Responsibilities

• Support store operations including inventory and shift leadership
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team

Physical qualifications include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service
• Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems
• Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
• ServeSafe certification (required or willingness to obtain)
• Commitment to creating a welcoming experience for every guest
