About the role

Begin your dual study program at R+V Versicherung, one of Germany’s largest insurers. We support you individually and provide the framework to develop your strengths. In this dual study program in banking sales, you’ll collaborate closely with Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken, advising customers on insurance, retirement planning, and financial investments. Location: Weimar | Start: September 1, 2027 | Duration: 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Combine theory and practice by working in teams at the point of sale in Volks- und Raiffeisenbank branches while studying at the Duale Hochschule Sachsen.
• Learn about our insurance and financial products and experience real customer advisory situations.
• Prepare and follow up on advisory meetings, create offers, and support the team with contract closings.

Requirements

• (Fach-)Hochschulreife (university entrance qualification) with a strong grade in mathematics; a completed vocational training is also a good foundation.
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advisory work and economic topics.
• Motivation to learn new things.
• Driver’s license required by the start of the program.
