About the role
We seek you for a dual study program in the field of Bachelor of Arts Business Administration (BBA) at the location of Göttingen. In your role, you will learn about economic connections within the company, analyze and improve business processes, and qualify for international project work.
Responsibilities
- Employment in various departments based on a structured training plan, allowing the understanding of procedures and processes and participation in exciting, often international projects.
- Learning methods of business process optimization and project management.
- Supporting the implementation and further development of global business processes.
Requirements
Completed Abitur or specialized vocational college degree with excellent performance, especially interested in economics and English.
- Very good communication and organizational skills.
- An interest in working in an international context.
- A team-oriented approach, proactive behavior towards others, and the ability to present one's own opinions convincingly.
- Attractive salary: 1,334 € per month in the first year, 1,439 € per month in the second year, and 1,509 € per month in the third year, along with vacation and Christmas bonuses (as of July 2026).
