The Dual Store Manager is responsible for the leadership, culture, performance, customer experience, and financial success of 2 Arden's Garden retail locations. This role serves as the primary leader for assigned stores, developing Store Managers and team members while driving sales growth, operational consistency, employee engagement, and profitability. Dual Store Managers spend the majority of their time in stores supporting leaders, strengthening teams, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring company standards are consistently achieved. This is not a shift-based coverage position and is not part of the store labor model. Instead, this role focuses on leadership, accountability, coaching, business performance, and strategic execution across multiple locations. This position is salaried, exempt, and reports directly to the District Manager.
