About the Role

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Dual-Licensed Massage Therapists for our new club in San Ramon, CA. Responsibilities

Massage Therapist

• Analyze, consult, and perform massage treatments in a professional and comfortable setting.
• Direct all efforts toward member satisfaction.
• Perform 25, 50, and 80-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages.
• Ensure the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shift.

Esthetician

• Analyze, consult, and perform facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting.
• Direct all efforts toward member satisfaction.
• Opportunity for growth into management within the company.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid CA Massage Therapy license or certification.
• 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
• Specific training in facial and body waxing.
• Willingness to develop a practice within our corporation while enhancing your skills and knowledge.
• Full-time availability (part-time opportunities may also be available).
• Evening and weekend availability is required.
• Cross-trained in multiple services including Stone massage, Prenatal, Craniosacral, point work, Amma therapy, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology (highly preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and positive energy.
• Dynamic group-building personality.
• Computer literacy.
• Must have a legal right to work in the United States.

Pay

$39.50-$43.50 per session; $16.90/hour (non-session work) with ability to earn bonus.
