About the role

The Equinox Spa in Palo Alto is seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Dual-Licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians. These positions are ideal for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a highly visible, top-shelf organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, consulting, and performing massage treatments in a professional and comfortable setting
• Directing all efforts towards member satisfaction
• Performing 25, 50, and 80-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages
• Cleaning the room after each treatment and at the end of each shift
• Analyzing, consulting, and performing facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting
• Directing all efforts toward member satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CA Massage Therapy license or certification
• Must possess a valid Esthetician license
• Specific training in facial and body waxing required
• Willingness to develop a practice within the company while developing skills and knowledge
• Full-time availability with evening and weekend availability required
• Experience in multiple services such as stone massage, pre-natal, craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and reflexology preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive energy and dynamic group-building personality
• Computer literacy
