Dual Licensed Spa Therapist, Brickell Heights

About the role

The Dual Licensed Spa Therapist at Brickell Heights is responsible for providing massage and esthetic services in a professional and comfortable setting. This role requires a valid Florida Massage Therapy license and Esthetician license or certification, along with 1-2 years of experience and specific training in facial and body waxing.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, consulting, and performing massage treatments including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the treatment room after each session and at the end of each shift
• Analyzing, consulting, and performing facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting
• Directing all efforts toward member satisfaction
• Position offers room for growth into management within the company
• Available on a full-time basis with evening and weekend availability required
• Must be cross-trained in multiple services including stone massage, pre-natal, craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and reflexology
• Excellent communication skills and positive energy are essential
• Dynamic group-building personality

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid FL Massage Therapy license and Esthetician license or certification
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Specific training in facial and body waxing required
• Willingness to develop a practice within the company while developing personal skills and knowledge
• Full-time availability required
• Evening and weekend availability mandatory
• Cross-trained in multiple services including stone massage, pre-natal, craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and reflexology preferred
• Excellent communication skills
