Dual Assistant Studio Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Part-Time Assistant Studio Manager to join our JCPenney Portraits team. You’ll enjoy paid comprehensive photography and sales training, competitive pay, and monthly bonuses. Responsibilities

• Aid the Studio Manager in managing a portrait studio
• Capture images that are fun, spontaneous, and creative to meet customer expectations
• Talk with potential and existing customers to schedule and confirm portrait sessions
• Provide a delightful customer experience
• Show professionalism and ensure customer safety by following established safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, photography, or a related service industry
• Intermediate computer skills (navigation, data entry, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
