Job Description
5-6 years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience.
3-4 full-cycle implementations in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Requirements
- Strong configuration and solution design expertise with the ability to work at a Solution Architect level.
- Hands-on experience with Position Management.
- Strong experience configuring: Business Rules, Event Reasons, Event Derivations, Good understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) (preferred).
- Experience with Intelligent Services and Integration Center/Integrations is an added advantage.
Certification
SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.
