Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Corporate and Succession Data Models
• Configure Foundation Objects (Position, Job Classification, Location, Pay Structure)
• Build and maintain Position Management configuration and workflows, including syncing position data from the position object to the job
• Build business rules (MDF), workflows, triggers, and validations
• Configure the Event Reason and Event Derivation framework
• Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Support enhancement and optimization work across the existing EC landscape

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of overall SuccessFactors experience, with 3-4 years of hands-on EC implementation experience
• Ackive SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
• Deep EC configuration expertise across HR data models, employment structures, and organizational hierarchies
• Solution architecture knowledge
• Position Management configuration experience
• Business rules and Event Reason framework configuration experience
• RBP configuration in ECEnd-to-end, full-cycle EC experience
• Able to work CST hours (8-5)

Pay

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 or the hourly equivalent.
