The DSV Development Program, Freight Operations is designed to develop the next generation of logistics professionals and future leaders. Participants gain real business experience while building a deep understanding of global supply chains. The program combines:

What DSV does
DSV provides end-to-end logistics services that connect global trade in the following ways:
- Air & Sea Freight: Global network connecting all major markets, partnerships with major carriers to deliver goods, international cargo and project shipments
- Road Transport: Transportation across EMEA and North America, temperature-controlled and specialized options
- Contract Logistics: Warehousing and distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain solutions for industries like healthcare, technology, and automotive

Requirements
- Recent graduate (no prior experience required)
- Drive, talent, and enjoyment of responsibility
- Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- In-office position only (remote work is not available)
Pay
Year one: $24.04/hour ($50,000 annually); year two: $25.00/hour ($52,000 annually). The rate of pay for this program is non-negotiable.
